Social Responsibility

Communities with Opportunities

For more than 20 years, we have generated more than 30,000 direct and indirect jobs as a result of the projects we develop and operate. However, our relationship with our employees and communities goes beyond the generation of formal employment.

At both corporate and project level, health and safety, continuous training and talent development are a constant. Therefore, in recent years we have incorporated practices that have allowed us to get closer to the communities and understand their expectations about the projects we promote.

In our areas of influence there are no rural areas or precarious human settlements that could be affected by the construction of any hotel, resulting in a project with minimal risks and social impacts.

As part of our commitment to the community, we conduct a Social Impact Study to identify the impacts that could result from the construction and operation of any project and based on this, determine prevention and mitigation measures.

Human Talent

Collaborators

At Murano Global Hospitality we strictly adhere to labor regulations and provisions, in parallel to the benefits we offer over and above the legislations.

We have the conviction to generate value through our collaborators, who are a fundamental pillar in our operations, so that the total number of our organization amounts to 1,097 people, as shown below:

Since the beginning of the projects, topics such as health, safety, waste management and the environment, have been a constant in the training programs. To date, we have provided employees, contractors and subcontractors hours of training, reaching more than 1,100 people who have participated in the project in the areas of occupational health and safety.

During the development, infrastructure and construction period, job creation is a key objective of Murano Global Hospitality, and it makes sure to provide the best working conditions to its collaborators in order to ensure their well-being.
